Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! Thumbs up to Christa for being so patient with me during the many changes made for my move date. The guys got it all done under the estimated time! I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Im sorry, but are you sure you got the right moving company. We haven't experienced any driveshaft problems (knock on wood) with our trucks. With a 96% customers satisfaction rating, we go to great lengths to make sure our customers are heard! Please let me know.

Overall, we were kind of disappointed with our experience. As a family who moves very frequently, we know the hardships of moving and really had higher expectations for Two Men. While our crew were friendly guys, they were very rough with our belongings. One of our biggest complaints is the lack of communication between everyone - office and crews. We told Two Men on 3 separate occasions that we had a Sleep Number bed and were assured that would be no issue. When the crew arrived to move us, they had absolutely no idea what to do with it, which almost resulted in permanent damage to the bed. A couple of items were thrown or handled roughly. We had a lot of dings, scratches, and bent objects among our belongings along with a lot of dirty handprints to clean off our light-colored furniture.

After my moving team left I found out that my TV got damaged and wouldn't work anymore. I don't think they knew about the problem since there wasn't anything to indicate a problem on the outside. I'm not sure if it got jarred on the road but it worked just before the movers got to my home to pick up my furniture. I didn't see anyone handle anything improperly.
