It’s very nice to know that there are still companies that strive to provide great service and be kind. From the initial call to request information, to the staff who performed the service and the follow-up afterward, everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly!

My move went very well I was fully prepared for the team and they were professional and polite.Sui and Zane were my movers they were patient and careful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys you took the stress out of my move.

Very disappointed. Packers were polite but threw items into boxes randomly. Silicone items were protected, but many fragile glass items were not. They couldn’t fit all my belongings, and management was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Overall, disorganized and unprofessional—would not recommend.

As we discussed before, our team informed you during multiple phone calls and emails that your move would require TWO trucks to complete, as the inventory provided to us would not all fit onto one of our trucks. As you heard in the phone recording I sent to you, you clearly told our staff you understood it would not all fit onto one truck, but you did not want the second truck.
We were more than transparent with you throughout your entire move process. I apologize you are unhappy with our team not being able to move everything for you, but you made that decision before you booked with us. I assure you we would have been more than happy to send a second truck for you, which I even offered to you on moving day, and you declined once again.
