I have used two men and a truck many times. Always have had excellent young men who take pride in their work. The moves have always gone so smoothly . They all have a smile on their faces and a great work ethic. The office girls are very nice and thorough and their estimates are usually right on the money. The moves are worth every penny and I always make sure I tip the guys.

This was my easiest move yet! The team was amazing and so friendly. We will for sure be using two men and a truck for our next move.

It’s very nice to know that there are still companies that strive to provide great service and be kind. From the initial call to request information, to the staff who performed the service and the follow-up afterward, everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly!

Very disappointed. Packers were polite but threw items into boxes randomly. Silicone items were protected, but many fragile glass items were not. They couldn’t fit all my belongings, and management was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Overall, disorganized and unprofessional—would not recommend.

Michael, thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey! As we discussed before, our team informed you during multiple phone calls and emails that your move would require TWO trucks to complete, as the inventory provided to us would not all fit onto one of our trucks. As you heard in the phone recording I sent to you, you clearly told our staff you understood it would not all fit onto one truck, but you did not want the second truck.
We were more than transparent with you throughout your entire move process. I apologize you are unhappy with our team not being able to move everything for you, but you made that decision before you booked with us. I assure you we would have been more than happy to send a second truck for you, which I even offered to you on moving day, and you declined once again.
Thank you for choosing the movers who care, and we hope you have a fantastic rest of your day!
