Enjoyed working with the crew / team in unloading three of my storage units and delivering them to my house.
The guys were quick and efficient in loading and unloading our household goods. Our only comment is that when off loading the young guys forgot that the clients were older residents, over 65, and attempting to unload double stacked wardrobe boxes caused some real issues for us.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - from initiating the reservation until the final piece of furniture was delivered. A great experience. Everyone with TMT was courteous and professional. In particular, the devilery drivers. They kept the process moving forward by keeping the customer updated in any unforeseen changes. Their work ethic is commendable.

My couch sustained a tear. It was$90 more than the stated amount even though we kept to the time limit.
The guys failed to get their tip because I was told to bring cash to avoid extra charge. Office then said they would tip guys if I did a survey. But doing that survey, I saw they would NOT receive their tip, the company would disburse as they saw fit.
