When the customer gives you an NTE that means NOT TO EXCEED. If that amount is going to be exceeded, then the customer MUST be notified prior to exceeding. You don't have an open checkbook to commit customer funds without the customer's acknowledgement and input. Also sending a final invoice is appropriate which was not done in my case.

Booked but NOT scheduled. A team got to me 3 hrs later. Instead of 8-9 a.m. it was 11:53 a.m. BAD!!! A 3rd person came to help after an hour +. NO compensation for office mistake. Took 1:45 to load. Used elevator at 2:55 & left to do school pickup. When returned work was stopped saying elevator not working. Unable to get it started guys began carrying things up stairs. Done about 6:15. PAID XTR

My moving experience was amazing starting with the office staff. They were very friendly and professional as I had to changed the date of my move. The 3 men that moved me were the best. They had me loaded in no time and delivered quickly. They were great at wrapping my furniture so they arrived safely. I can't thank you enough for such a great move.

The team introduced themselves. They were extremely protective of all items. They left no messes. They disassembled a king tempurpedic heavy king bed with all electrical connections and reassembled at destination. I really couldn’t be any happier with the move.
