Excellent top to bottom. Very professional with quick response times. Everyone was personable too.

The service of unloading the truck started good but went bad after the crew leader felt the job was done after an hour and 15 minutes of unloading the truck. When we explained that we paid for 3 hours, he said the job was to unload only, not to bring things inside. After wasting time calling his boss, he was evidently told to work a total of 3 hours, the attitude change and carelessness was too..

Everything went great until we got the receipt emailed to us and there was a $100 tip added to the charge, especially since we didn’t know about it until after the fact. We also tipped them in person.

I have Two Men and Truck several times and each time everyone has been very professional.

Starting with Josh taking my reservation, then to my amazing moving team, Corey and Tony. I could not have asked for better service. On time, quick but efficient. They were aware that my husband passed away 4 months ago and were respectful to me and my furnishings.

The men arrived on time. Introduced themselves immediately, very professional. Understood the need for moving odd pieces that were in separate rooms. Carefully placed and wrapped each item. Super friendly office staff, great communication from the office and the lead mover (ran late). Movers came in, assessed the items, and started right away. Moved everything efficiently and quickly. There were a couple of dings in the walls, but surprised there weren't more as the entry way is very tight.
