The staff was wonderful the only hiccup was that the person I scheduled the move with forgot or did not note I needed wardrobe boxes. But the movers had other boxes I used.

I scheduled 4 movers. Only 2 showed up on time. 2 came later from another location. Less than an hour later, 1 left. I had 3 movers the rest of the day which was inadequate. The movers broke my brand new white lacquer and tried to convince me it was already broken. They moved boxes by hand one at a time most of the day - why not a hand cart to cut down the time? The office did not budget the crew and time appropriately. I’ve used this company at least 5 times before. The new owners have no clue how to run a moving business. Never again. I only tipped the crew out of pity not because they moved my things safely into my new home. Unacceptable.

The men who came out to assist in my move were fantastic and made everything so easy and stress free! They were polite and professional the entire time and did a great job of getting my move done much faster than my estimated time given. I will be recommending Two Men and a Truck again in the future.

It was a pleasurable experience from the onset when I spoke with Jose at the office. The ease and patience of which he explained and answered my questions provided comfort and assurance that my belongings would be cared for. The moving team also added to the wonderful experience. They listened, asked questions and implemented professionalism. I would definitely utilized this company again if needed. I do recommend that returning customers be given a discount.
