The three (3) gentlemen who handled my move on Friday, Nov. 1st, were extremely polite, prompt, and courteous. Their last names were Buckley, Batts, and Levosyuk.

The guy's were very respectful, but they were working very very slow. They had no system at all, we had everything taken apart & ready for them to just load up the truck. They arrived on time & started charging us as soon as they arrived, although it took them awhile to figure out how to park. (we were charged for them figuring this out) They also hit one of the buildings in the storage place we are using on their way out which I have a photo of in case we get charged for it. I also had to go get money to pay in cash b/c he said we could use the card on file at first, then he said we needed the card which would of been nice to know so I could of been prepared. Movers need a leader to guide them, they seemed like kids hanging out with no sense of urgency. Took 2 times longer

2 OF THE 3 men had a nice demeanor and personality and worked hard. MAJOR PROBLEMS: 1. My GUN WAS TAKEN FROM MY BEDROOM.
The mover spent most of his time in my room, but my GUN WAS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND IT WAS STOLEN BY THE MOVER. It was under the pillow and would've been seen immediately when moving my bed linens and pillows. I contacted the office and they have been unable to get this employee to return their phone calls. 2. they attempted to pack kitchen drawer items that they were not requested to pack and when those items arrived, they were literally dumped into a box. Most of those items I had planned to discard and not move. 3. side panels of the bed where something took chunks of wood and scraped the side wood panels. I MADE A POLICE REPORT due to a stolen weapon.

I gave all the info over the phone to the associate, then on the scheduled day the movers came and handled my items very badly and carelessly. Scratches on the sofas, beds, and walls. Not only that the biggest problem was they loaded everything loosely and then at the end they couldn't fit couple of my important items. They refused to fit them and wanted to leave them or double charge me if they were to do two trips. After loosing almost 40 minutes they finally fit them at the back of their 26" truck. Over the phone the guys assured me that the movers would work fast and carefully. But when they arrived they worked extremely slow. If I were to hire another company I would have saved half than what the Two men and truck charged me. I am going to post this on other public review sites ....

The three guys that were at the apartment were wonderful. The person that was only at the new condo was at best ok. He is the one that did not lift things and cracked the threshold. I have found some more scratches in the wood paneling most likely from the dragging items. He was also smoking. He was using a Vape, but still not appreciated.

I have used your services 2 times before with excellent service but this last one was very poor. only 2 men were sent, needed supervision, property was damaged, lack of care on top of wall damage to the destination place and was not informed of it.

Overall experience was good. However, there was furniture damage, lost electronics from 2 an electric reclinares and Tv Roku missing. staff was courteous and well maneares. Hopefully, we will resolve this issues
