The team was great, the reason I chose them is because my son used to work for them in south Florida and I heard good things about the company from him.

The best part of our experience was with your customer service and supervisors. We had one mover who was on his cell phone and vaping on his e-cig, so we called customer service and his supervisor had words with him. Though we could tell this upset our mover, things were smooth-sailing from then on. Our biggest loss from the day is that my wallet and my husband's business backpack (over $2000 of valuables between the two) went missing that day and never turned back up. Trying hard not to associate the correlation of these going missing to around the same time of our mover getting upset from having to talk with his supervisor, but we do feel it necessary to mention.

My team of movers were great! Big shout out to Singh, Rodriguez and Collins! They had great personalities and made the moving experience enjoyable. Thank you guys!

Office person who took the quote was very nice. But explanation up front and his ability to capture notes didn't transfer to the actual movers. The # of hours took longer than if they had 3 movers instead of 2. That said, the General Manager was excellent. Not only did he take the feedback from myself and the actual moving gentleman, he actually corrected for this error and adjusted my bill. He also took care of a minor ding in wall when he didn't have too! The response to concerns and overall customer service was EXCELLENT! They gained my trust and I will work with them again. The two gentleman who showed up for the move worked hard, cared for our belongings and were very professional. My wife felt safe with them there and they made this move experience a positive one! Thx!!!

Jose in office was very nice about rescheduling my appointment to another time. He explained rverything thoroughly. The moving team was friendly polite and capable. Overall good experience. Probably my 7th time using TM&AT. Always satisfied.
