everything good except they scratched my bed while moving it

Master bed fell apart that night, not put together properly, had to hire a handyman and paid 30$. Also a lot of boxes were left in the garage along with furniture we had to bring into the house ourselves. Extra bedroom set not properly put together, headboard rattles, need to hire someone to fix it. I also had some very expensive jewelry that has been missing since the move.

I've never experienced more careless movers. They damaged my furniture, walls and doors. I had them leave a lot in the garage at my new house because I was afraid they would cause damage there too. I spoke to Mason and he said he was not authorized to give any discount or reimbursement. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said they would get back to me which they never did. I understand that accidents happen but this was pure disregard for my home and furniture. They tried to push a sofa though a door that was obviously too narrow. One guy said "STOP! WE'RE SCRATCHING THE DOOR!" The other guy said " I DON'T CARE. KEEP PUSHING!" I wish I had pulled out my phone to record their interaction. I've moved that sofa before. Obviously there is a lack of training on how to move furniture.

The process was very quick and easy, I got my move the morning after I called! The movers were excellent. They had a great attitude and made the process very stress free. I will recommend this company every time. Thank you so much.

This company is excellent! All of the staff, from the office staff to the movers were polite and courteous and made moving a breeze! I will definitely be using them for my next move and will refer them to anyone I know who is moving.

Your office staff was great. The movers took FAR too long to move the furniture, which was all that was left after we moved ALL our other things to the new home days before. Also, they broke the leg of one chair, and took all four legs so they could replace them, but we have heard NOTHING more about that. Please advise as to the status of that. At one point I went outside to see where they were and they were "vaping" in the truck. The one with the clipboard did pick up some of the load because the other two were either new or weak, apparently, but he stopped to gab with us every trip. I finally had to ask him to get back to work. The job was FAR smaller than I estimated but it still took them longer than your sales rep estimated. I am very disappointed.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided. I did feel that the movers could have moved the furniture faster as I was paying per-hour. All of the large furniture was already wrapped and in one location on the first floor. I do understand that when loading the truck, they had to ensure that the items didn't shift during the drive but with 3 workers and my husband and I helping, a total of 6 hours (for the total move time) is a stretch. From my point of view, it seemed like one was the "instructor" and the other two were given orders. I don't know if the "instructor" was training them, but the process could have moved along faster if ALL individuals gave the same the same effort. Unfortunately I will not be using Two Men and a Truck in the future.
