I gave all the info over the phone to the associate, then on the scheduled day the movers came and handled my items very badly and carelessly. Scratches on the sofas, beds, and walls. Not only that the biggest problem was they loaded everything loosely and then at the end they couldn't fit couple of my important items. They refused to fit them and wanted to leave them or double charge me if they were to do two trips. After loosing almost 40 minutes they finally fit them at the back of their 26" truck. Over the phone the guys assured me that the movers would work fast and carefully. But when they arrived they worked extremely slow. If I were to hire another company I would have saved half than what the Two men and truck charged me. I am going to post this on other public review sites ....

The three guys that were at the apartment were wonderful. The person that was only at the new condo was at best ok. He is the one that did not lift things and cracked the threshold. I have found some more scratches in the wood paneling most likely from the dragging items. He was also smoking. He was using a Vape, but still not appreciated.

I have used your services 2 times before with excellent service but this last one was very poor. only 2 men were sent, needed supervision, property was damaged, lack of care on top of wall damage to the destination place and was not informed of it.

Overall experience was good. However, there was furniture damage, lost electronics from 2 an electric reclinares and Tv Roku missing. staff was courteous and well maneares. Hopefully, we will resolve this issues

2 of the guys really seemed to care;
Other 2 not so much.
Estimate vs actual was way off. Not even close.
Multiple pieces damaged (and they did fill out reports).
Once we decided to leave most stuff in the garage to save time (aka money) only 1 guy cared to make sure they were stacked and sorted. Others just wanted get done as past as possible and just put boxes anywhere including upside down and on it’s side.

We have some very heavy furniture,
Lift gates would saved both the guys backs and my stuff from damage.

A couple of items were broke but were either extras we had or could be nailed back in place. Have not finished unpacking yet so this is all I can say now. The 4 guys we had had great personalities and worked very hard.

Timely move and courteous staff. 2 of my furniture pieces were deeply scratch in the truck. Mover made note of it and said I would be contacted but none ever did

Some furniture scratches and damage. This has always been my experience with any mover. Great crew. Within quote, had prestaged all boxes and half furniture in garage. Hiring a third person is a must-have.

The movers lost or misplaced my tv sound bar. The young lady in the office was great and followed up with me but I’ve yet to hear from a manager or any update on my sound bar
