The guys were nice/most worked quickly. We were due to finish 3-3:30 but truck lift broke.Instead, we finished at 9p(12 hr day). Also, EVERYTHING had to be offloaded to another truck which increased # of scratches/dings. Probably 75% of items have damage, due to not being careful/transfer to other truck/guys hurrying to finish once they arrived.With all inconvenience, no adj was made.Frustrating.

The movers were polite and all of my belongings arrived; however, they were very slow. It took nearly 4 hours to load the truck. 3 men and a 1bdr Apt. I’ve had 2 men move out and in new place in less time. They were an hour behind me driving as well. I’m assuming the slowness is because you charge by the hour. The move was over $1000 more than what was quoted. I’ll never use you again

Beth, we're sorry the move took longer than expected, but we did take an hour off the bill due to the moving team missing the exit. We never intentionally try to make a move go longer to make more money. That would not make for happy customers. Sometimes the moving team runs into challenges we can't anticipate which causes a move to take more time. We're sorry you didn't have a great experience and we appreciate your input.

We had a great experience. They arrived on time, took a quick look around. The guy leading the group of 3 was very organized and took care of things. We hired by the hour and landed right in the middle where we thought the cost would be.
