Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about one of our movers and the effort he put into your move.

We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. After reviewing the job details, we’d like to clarify a couple of points for transparency. There was a brief miscommunication regarding the placement of one wardrobe box, which was immediately addressed on-site, and both team members worked together throughout the move.

Regarding the television, our records indicate that it was already packed and stored prior to our team handling the move. Because of this, we unfortunately would not be able to assume responsibility for damage discovered after delivery.

We also want to note that a complaint was submitted to our corporate office, and our team has already followed up accordingly.

That said, we always take feedback seriously and use it to improve. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and wish you the best in your new home.
