I thank the 2 men and truck for the help with my moving. They were awesome and very polite.. I didn't hear no complaints from the gentleman and what they were doing.. I would definitely be letting others know about this experience I had with you guys... Thank you so much and for your kindness and friendly support

From the day I called and spoke with Rebecca, everyone was friendly and helpful. The movers were on time, efficient, careful, and friendly. Homer and Jacarie went beyond to make sure everything I wanted moved was moved. And when I found I lost a power cord to my TV, Jared made sure I got it back and did so with efficiency. I'm so glad my friends recommended them. My move went very smoothly.

Jaquez was amazing. He was there for 4 days total (pack/load/unload). He was the “leader” and always had a positive attitude, great organization skills, but his attitude was what impressed me most. He’s very kind and polite, very professional, I cannot say enough about him. Five stars! ⭐️
Carlos was with him and again a great worker, very professional, friendly, and they both were so great!

My only complaint...they packed so much in the big box that i had hard time unpacking

I used 2 men and a truck today to help me move. What else can I say but they were great, even when I told them that I directed some furniture to the wrong room. No problem, they relocated everything for me. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I would use them again.

We did our move in 2 hours and 15 mins and they charged for 3.5 hours. We were told it was charged in 15 min increments and so we should have only paid 3 hours because I looked at my gps to the shop when they left and it should have only taken 48 mins to get to the shop. They only took extra time because they took a wrong turn when going to storage so I had to pay for their mistake

As mentioned to you by our customer care team, a charge equivalent to one hour of work was added to your total because the move was rescheduled within 48 hours before dispatch. This policy helps us manage our schedule and resources effectively. Regarding the travel time, we acknowledge that a wrong turn was made, which resulted in a slight delay. However, this detour only added a few minutes to the overall travel time. We strive to provide efficient and reliable service, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
