A mirror and a TV cable where lost on the move. I called the next day to the office to let them know, I keep getting a "we will reach out to you" and I am the one that has been following up. I hope I either get a replacement or a refund as I had paid for the insurance. Move was great but getting a solution for the lost items has not been great. Moved a week ago and still don't have a solution

The men who came to help were courteous and very efficient. They called before arrival and arrived right on schedule. They didn't waste any time, and they wrapped everything carefully before taking it out. When we got to the new apartment, they placed each piece exactly where we needed it without bumping or breaking anything.

Initially I was happy with the work of my moving team before I unpacked. They worked quickly for the most part. They showed at my house at 9:15 and finished at 12:26 but charged me for 3.5 hours of work. On the ride to my new location, I made it in 30 minutes & they didn’t show for an hour. While unpacking, I had broken glass, mirror and bed frame broke from improper build.

I’ve used this company in Texas and Miami. ALL were done in a professional manner. On the phone, movers, etc. Thank you to Joe (phones), David, Edgar and Deivi (movers). Hassle free, great equipment, clean trucks. This company checks ALL the boxes. In a dying customer service landscape in Miami, Two Men and a Truck still has the essence of a small business customer care.

We had a great overall experience with your company. Steve explained the entire process to us and answered all our questions. The highlight was the 2 guys that did our move Fernando and Kevin They did a fantastic job of loading and unloading our things. They helped with anything we asked of them.
