Overall, terrific.
Initial booking did not go well. I reserved and confirmed the service date, but David in the office never sent me the CC Auth as he promised, so I missed the scheduled move out date with the Condo Service elevator.
This cost me 4 days rent in my storage unit ($133) and 4 days rent in my Condo ($800).
Kevin, Dre, & Julio were excellent. Julian did make an adjustment on my bill

My move was very last minute, I called on Monday and Two Men and a Truck was able to accommodate the move for Friday morning. The price was reasonable, and the office staff and movers were all extremely professional and accommodating. They handled a very difficult move with care and understanding. I plan to reuse them again in a few months when I move to my permanent home.

The team was very professional and hard working. They followed all requests and did so with a positive attitude. You are lucky to have responsible, hard working young men. They are hard to come by nowadays!

Rene and his moving team were awesome! Polite and thoroughly explained the process. All the guys handled my belongings with care and were very fast. Don't remember the name of the lady in the office but she got back to me right away with a quote and setting up a move date.

The crew that moved us from Aventura to Cutler Bay were outtanding from beginning to end. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and professional. The costs were very reasonable. I will definitely refer your company to anyone that asks me about moving. Thank you!

Josh, Paul, Manny and Luis were absolutely great. We had some awful experiences with moving companies in the past. But these guys almost made it fun. Really great team, you have there!!

the service was in general very good. Office service was excellent. Moving service was very good. Team was short on blankets the prep day which had a negative impact on packing services and caused a couple of scratches in some items. Otherwise, all good

The office team were great and made arranging the move a breeze. Great communication from them as well. The moving team unfortunately did not provide the Grandma treatment as most of my furniture arrived scratched, some items quite severely. A minimal amount of care could have prevented that. A professional moving crew would have known how to handle furniture properly.
