Quoted 8 hrs to move the whole house. Took 12 hrs to move half the house. The workers worked extremely slowly and basically gave up at the end. Cori, we're so sorry your move did not go as expected. We've shared your feedback with our operations team for follow up. We did come back the following day to get all the furniture moved but recognize we fell short of delivering the type of great service for which we are known.

Zion and Elix were both incredibly mindful of my Norwegian leather couch! I was relieved and highly impressed that it remained in immaculate condition after moving across town. Close attention to detail definitely helped. A+!

The office team booked by move very easily and without incident. They were very thorough with the questions and checklist for a good quote. The moving team was excellent. There were 3 men and they were very efficient and funny, and extremely hard working. Outstanding job all around. If I need to move in the future; I know who to call!

The moving team you sent did a perfect job. Especially Lg . He is one of the kindness and caring persons on your team. Handled all my items with extreme care. Everything was great until Yesterday when I learned my son-in-law had to put the moving charges on his credit card as he was at the receiving end. I assumed that when I set up the move and the initial $100.00 charge went to my credit card that the entire charge would be put on my card. Disappointed that happened. Otherwise very satisfied with the move.

While our moving teams typically prefer to run the balance through their tablet, if we have a card on file we should have been able to run the balance through the office. We're sorry if that was not communicated well. We will be happy to reverse the charge on your son-in-law's card and run the balance on your card if you'd like. We will be in touch with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Two Men and A Truck did a great job with our move. Cruzz in Lakeland was very helpful navigating us through our move. We had to push our move date back because our new house was not ready yet, but they were very accommodating and worked with us. Definitely would recommend them to a friend!
