The two movers assigned to our office move were polite, courteous, and worked hard throughout the day. My issue is not with the movers themselves, but with the lack of preparation, equipment, and training provided by the company.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I had to make several changes to my initial booking, which Madison took care of without any issue, and Tim and Reshe (apologies if that is misspelled) could not have done a better job handling the move. I will absolutely be using their services again the next time I move :)

Very disappointed with the team that did the move. They took too long, they left stuff behind and they left a dresser in the living room rather than the bedroom. I have spent three days trying to get it moved upstairs.
