The moving experience was exceptional from my first contact. The office team was thorough getting everything setup over the phone (my preference) and courteous and professional. Communication with Jocelyn was great, she answered all of my questions quickly, thoroughly, and she was really nice. The moving team of Ronald, Carson and Jake were also great. The team was super respectful and sweet, ensuring that the move went as smoothly as possible. The storage unit that I picked out was a bit small, but they worked hard to make sure everything fit perfect.

We had two movers. One did a great job with the kitchen and the China glass. The other one who was doing both bedrooms did a very sloppy job throwing every thing mixed up in boxes. All our lampshade got damaged and some are completely unusable.
