I told the customer service lady the the massage chair was HEAVY and it. Cost 12,000 dollars and to send big guys. Two small guys arrived and couldn’t handle this chair and they call the branch manager and he just told them that everyone else dose it and blew them off so I did let them move it and it still cost me 500+ dollars to move two couches, So disappointed with the manager everyone else wa

Provided too big of a truck for 1 piano, had to drive super slow due to office not providing the right truck. Movers were great, I felt bad that they had to use. 26’ truck for 1 piano. Should have just used my own pick up truck and done it myself. $150 an hour to drive slowly with a MONSTER TRUCK.

I was very disappointed
I got a quote for all of my stuff to be moved not 90%
Door was not put back on bedroom moving supplies was left behind.
I needed up having to pay someone else to move the rest of my things.
Then on top of it I asked the moving guys to have their manager call me never did happen.

My recent move was very good, A. J. and Antone were prompt, very hard working, and pleasant. No problems at all…Rebecca ( in the office) was very helpful in the planning of the move as well. I would definitely use Two Men again!

I am not satisfied with the services provided.
1. at 7:45 I received call from movers saying they were still packing truck for Job after us.
Movers arrived at property at 8:10 and then charged us from 7:30 am . Then asked us for a tip when they purposely added 45 minutes of paid time.
2. Movers would not set up bed or table for tenant.
3. Movers did not organize boxes in room neatly

Rannie, We understand the importance of efficiency during the move, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the delay in starting the unloading. We would have started earlier but there were 2 pods to work on, and our movers were not directed to the one that needed to be finished first. Regarding the setup of the furniture, due to the absence of someone to guide the movers during the unloading of the second pod, they were unable to locate the necessary hardware for the bed and weren't sure about the placement of glass tops for the tables. As for the organization of the boxes, we appreciate your feedback. The movers have indicated that they stacked the boxes along a wall in an orderly manner. However, we understand the importance of meeting your expectations. We tried our hardest to accommodate them as neatly as we could. We value your business and take your concerns seriously.
