Brian, Will and Jeff did an awesome job moving my stuff to my new home out of state. They were there promptly in the morning, took the time to carefully wrap and protect my furniture and fragile items. They were friendly, considerate and very efficient. The whole move was completed sooner than expected. Eric came to survey the house a few days before the move which made the move go smoothly.

I loved my moving team. They did an amazing job in a difficult situation. We gave them an applause when they got the dresser out.

My name is Doretha Snow your company services were great The workers were on time and follow and completed my move . yes I will recommend your service to other. I was pleased.

Actual moving part of process was fine, as was home office team. The problem I had was the refusal of the mover to disassemble china cabinet (2 screws/30 second job after I reassembled it) and then agree to reassemble at delivery site. According to home office this shouldn't have been a problem. Unfortunately, this adamant refusal by mover left a taste of bad cx service.

Our moving team (headed by Phil) was excellent. They maneuvered the items around our house and in/out of the truck with care and expertise, including getting some large, bulky items through doorways without any contact or marks. They were very efficient and professional in every way. I would definitely recommend them.

My moving team was awesome. I thought they did a great job. I thought it was super unprofessional and annoying that the office called to check in on them mid-move. It was clear the management didn’t trust the employees who were doing an excellent job and getting their stuff done. Next time I would just hire the movers directly.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.
