DaShawn Brown

Senior Operations Manager

DaShawn was hired as a Driver/Mover in December 2016. Since then he has embraced the values of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and has quickly moved through the ranks because of his amazing customer service and dedication to detail. In his first year on the job he was promoted twice, first to Certified Driver, then to a Lead Driver. As of March of 2021 DaShawn accepted his most recent promotion to Senior Operations Manager and is continuing to grow within our company today.

Abdul Diarra joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in February of 2018 and has been a consistently high performer ever since. Abdul began as a Mover, quickly transitioned to Driver and then Lead Driver within the Delaware North Franchise. Abdul accepted yet another promotion in mid-2021 as our Assistant Operations Manager working closely with both the Moving and Driving staff as well as the management team in the office. Recently, Abdul is moving forward in his career again getting promoted to Operations Manager where he will be developing leaders to assist our customers!

Brian got his start with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Delaware North in August 2020 as a mover. Since his first day, Brian has been focused on customer service and getting the job done correctly. Brian got the opportunity in September 2021 to move his career forward as a Move Consultant within our Sales Office. When not at the office you can find Brian at the park or enjoying a great local restaurant here in the Northern Delaware area.

Eric Shimko has recently joined our office team as a Customer Service Representative. Eric began his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK career as a Mover this year and has been exceeding customers' expectations ever since. Eric has embodied moving people forward from the moment he stepped into our office the first time and we are very excited to watch his career excel further as well as admire his ability to communicate daily with our customers on the phones!

In 2014, Jack joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family as a Mover at the Indianapolis North franchise. Nearly a decade later, he has ascended to the role of acting Market President overseeing all Dayton, Ohio operations. Jack also plays a crucial role in supporting the Delaware North management team in navigating daily activities. In his current capacity, Jack remains committed to surpassing customer expectations by prioritizing quality and exceptional customer service in all decisions made across the franchises in his region. Outside of work, Jack dedicates most of his time to his family, enjoying moments with his wife Maggie, and their two children, Max and Mia.
