There was rips on my leather couch the moving team said nothing about that were caused by them. They also ripped carpet on the stairs in the stairwell and caused beyond normal wear and tear to the dry wall. What is really upsetting is the guys stood around waiting for a tip despite knowing the put a large tear in an expensive leather couch. I'm very disappointed.

I don’t remember the names but I can say that the entire team was awesome….they were quick, careful and attentive to my needs. It was a two stop delivery and pickup and they did everything better than I could imagine.

All the guys were very helpful and friendly. They made an impossible couch move possible. That being said I had some remorse after the fact as my coffee table and dressers were either scratched on top or chunks taken out. Even with the damage I would recommend the company.

You guys are the best! When we had to call you back because our black colored items were in the black hole of the truck, you brought them back right away! Sincerely apologized and even volunteered to bring the items up 4 flights of stairs! Your service is excellent, you’re on time, and you make the moving process smoothe!
