I think a representative should have come on site to provide quote as our final bill was increased by 20%.

The guys were great. They were polite and friendly, and got the job done quickly. We have a very tricky, hairpin turn staircase and one bureau just wouldn't cooperate but they certainly tried every possible angle and I appreciate the extra effort!

The whole process was excellent from the estimate of the move to the pickup and delivery. The movers were very caring and made sure my furniture was carefully wrapped and moved without damage. I liked that only my things were on the truck and were delivered the next day. They gave me a set price and they did not try to change it with new charges. They met and exceeded all my expectations.
