The total experience, from my initial contact with office staff to the day of the actual move was smooth and without any problems. The move staff, Corey, Matt, LittleWill, and Carol were great. An excellent moving company, easy, fast, friendly, efficient and a fair price.
The only concern is that items I had not wanted to be packed, and had said so on the narrated video (all items visible in each room were to be moved, while any items left in cabinets were not to be moved); this seemed to be a lack of clear communication from the office to the fellows who packed and drove the truck.

The moving team was very professional. They all introduced themselves to us and went right to work. They did a great job and were very careful moving our furniture. Also, the office team was terrific. They were very friendly and professional also and very customer oriented. From an office visit with Trish to text and email follow up pre loading, the operation was smooth and informative.
The day of loading the team lead and his team explained the what and how the loading would go. The team was professional and efficient and got the job expertly. (We loaded a POD container)

We are retired military and have moved many times. This was by far the smoothest move ever. The men were polite and super-efficient and worked as an experienced team. We had no problems, and the move was accomplished in under four hours. Thanks to three men and their truck, and Two Men and A Truck.
