Meet our newest Inside Sales Representative, Emily! Emily started about a month ago and has been a great addition to the team! She immediately started booking moves on her first day live on the phones, and is already a fantastic role model for new employees. Amazing work so far, Emily! Keep it up!

Have you met Karen, our sales intern? She’s a senior at UConn, studying communications and marketing. Karen loves working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the great people she gets to work with. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, going to cycling classes, and reading.

Have you met our employee of the month? Anthony is an amazing team player with a perfect referral rate! He loves working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the amazing team spirit and organized structure it has to offer. His biggest accomplishment this month was getting to work with two local charities in the community he lives in. Keep up the great work Anthony!

Have you met our Recruiting & HR Manager? Elise has been with us for about 3 years now and she has proven herself to be a huge asset to the team. She is always available for us with any questions that we may have, and is constantly recruiting our Movers and Drivers during the busy season, and the slower season! In her free time, Elise likes to ride horses and be with her family. We love having you as a part of the team, Elise!

Meet one of our newest CSR's, Brittain! Brittain used to be a moved with us and has recently came back to work on our Sales Team! His extremely positive attitude coming to work each day has rubbed off on the rest of the team. Brittain loves working at TMT because when he was a mover from 2012-2015, he truly loved working for this management group. He was excited to get to come back and work with the same crew. In his free time he loves to play video games, play and watch football, go to the gym, travel, and try new foods! Good work, Brittain! Keep it up!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Keith is one of our most tenured employees and has always been able to step up when we need him to. He has also been a key player in starting up our new Crated Move Service at the Norwalk location. Learning something new is never easy but Keith has taken this challenge and continues to help serve our customers every day! In his free time, Keith likes to spend time with his dog. He loves working at TMT and being able to help people move forward. Amazing work, Keith! Keep it up!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Pablo has proven to be a true leader with an unmatched work ethic. Pablo always approaches work with a "we got this" attitude! He carries this same work ethic on every job that he is on and customers always show their appreciation by shouting him out on their feedback surveys and reviews. Pablo's favorite part about working at TMT is having the opportunity to work in a good environment and grow within the company. In his free time, Pablo likes to spend time with his family! Have you met our Employee of the Month? Gabriel always has a great attitude on every single move he is on. He is always ready and willing to pick up a shift with a "we are going to get this done" attitude. Gabriel loves working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because he has a great experience with his coworkers and management, who make the job more fun. Outside of work, Gabriel likes to spend time with his family and listen to music. Amazing work, Gabriel! Keep it up!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Since obtaining her new role in the Accountant Department, Tori has proven herself to be a great asset to the team. While stationed in our Norwalk office, Tori oversees all of the billing and auditing of each location associated with our franchise group. In her new role, Tori has been able to dramatically improve our accounts receivable reports and with her minor background in sales and exceptional attention to detail, Tori is able to spot any issues or potential errors well before they arise in operations. This last month Tori has also taken the initiative to jump into meetings and help coach our sales team on how to avoid common errors and help improve the overall customer experience. These efforts within our team do not go unnoticed and we hope to see what Tori can continue to bring to the team. Tori's favorite part about working at TMT is being able to learn new things as she grows within her position. In her free time, Tori likes to play softball. She is super excited because this month she is moving into her first apartment! Amazing work, Tori Hard work does pay off!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Rich is always working very hard and never stops to take a break. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is able to balance spending time with his family, while also being one of our main long-haul drivers. He loves working at TMT because he gets the opportunity to travel and see new places each week. Amazing work, Rich! Keep it up!

Meet our Operations Manager, Eric! Eric has been a huge asset to the Norwalk team since his first day on the job. His willingness to help and teach his employees is reflected in their moves each and every day.

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Will was selected as Employee of the Month due to his perfect attendance and hard work. He is great at communicating with his customers and crew members, and he is always focused on getting the job done. Will's favorite part about working at TMT is being able to make good money while also making the customers happy. In his free time, Will likes to work out, play hockey, and go to concerts. Amazing job, Will!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Max is our most seasoned long-haul driver. There is never a job too big or too challenging for "Big Max". His "We'll get it done!" attitude is exactly the mindset that is needed and appreciated here at TMT. Our return customers are constantly requesting that Max is on their moves, and we completely understand why! This month, Max's biggest accomplishment was moving two Baby Grand pianos in one week! In his free time, Max likes to fix cars, and travel. Keep up the awesome work, Max!

Have you met our employee of the month? Marques is new to our team but has hit the ground running for sure. Marques has shown us that he is a team player and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Marques' favorite part about working at TMT, is the good feeling after the job is completed and getting to watch the customer close the door to their new home with a huge smile on their face. In his free time, Marques likes to play basketball, listen to music, read and watch tv. Amazing work, Marques!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? David is always ready and willing to come in and help out his team members with whatever it takes to get the job done. He is always looking for the next way to make his customers happy no matter what. David's biggest accomplishment this month was that he was able to work closely with some of the newer drivers and show them how our team operates. His favorite part about working at TMT is that he always has a good time while also making his customers happy. In his free time, David likes to play sports, and hang out with his child! Amazing work, David!

Everyone meet this month’s Sales Representative spotlight! During Liam’s first month here at TMT, he booked just under $100k while only working part-time! Liam challenges himself each day to be even better than the day before. In his free time, Liam likes to spend time with his dog and fiance, lift weights at the gym, and go rock climbing. Keep up the great work, Liam!

Have you met our Employee of the Month? Herbert has always stepped up and faced any type of situation with a great, positive attitude. This month, Herb has been called in twice on his day off with no notice, and each time he has shown up very quickly with a huge smile on his face. In addition, he has gone above and beyond to help our location out with tasks outside of his job role. Herb constantly shows a willingness to come in and do whatever it takes to get the job done, and our customers notice that as well. His favorite part about working at TMAAT is getting to see his coworkers every single day. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his son, play basketball, and work on cars. Amazing job, Herb!

Have you met Norwalk’s Employee of the Month? Max is a great asset to our team for almost 15 years now. He goes on the most difficult interstate moves each month, and never complains at all. He is always willing to help out the newer employees and has a positive attitude that rubs off on the entire team. Max’s favorite part about working at TMAAT is being able to go on interstate moves. He loves being able to see new places and travel out of the state. He also loves that each day at TMAAT is different and very busy! In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his family, specifically his nieces and nephews. Amazing work Max, we love having you as part of the team!

Have you met Norwalk's Employee of the Month? Tori is our Accounting Assistant and she has worked at TMAAT for 7 years now! Tori is an excellent asset to our team and is always willing to take on any extra work. Her positive attitude in the office constantly rubs off on the Movers and Drivers and allows them to go out on their moves with great attitudes! Tori's favorite part about working at TMAAT is her coworkers. She enjoys coming to work every day because she knows that she is surrounded by great people! In her free time, Tori LOVES to play softball and hang out with her friends and family! Amazing job, Tori!

Have you met our September Employee of the Month? Tevon Burden has improved in every aspect of his job since he started here at TMAAT! He has raised his Customer Satisfaction Score, lowered his Damage Percentage, and is willing to take on any move without any complaints! Tevon's favorite part about working at TMAAT is getting to spend every day with his coworkers! In his free time, he likes to hang out with his friends and play video games! Amazing job Tevon, keep up the good work!

Have you met Norwalk's August employee of the month? Gabe is always on time, a great worker, and always brings the team together with a positive attitude. This month Gabe has significantly lowered his damage rate and has greatly increased his customer service score. Gabe's favorite part about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the way that management treats the employees. In his free time, Gabe likes to spend time with family and listen to music. Great job Gabe!

Have you met our employee of the month? Trevor is a dedicated employee who always shows up to work with a positive mindset and ready to get the job done! He loves spending time with his co-workers and being able to see new places every day. In his free time, Trevor likes to play Call Of Duty, and watch the Buffalo Bills play. Great Job Trevor!

Meet Gabriel, our August employee of the month! Gabe is a true team player. He never hesitates to take on extra work and he is always willing to work and help out when he can. Gabe loves everything about working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and is always very able and willing to help his teammates! In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and spending time with his nephew!

Keith is our July Employee of the Month! One thing that stood out the most to us is the demeanor in which Keith brings to the company. He not only is here on time every day, but he is ready to work on any job you need him to work on. He has never uttered the words no and he always puts his co-workers before himself. Keith is the type of worker you want on your team, not only can you always rely on him, but you know he will get the job done. Keith is definitely someone a new crew member can learn a lot from and I feel that Keith is a great leader to newer staff. Guys like Keith make the job go a lot smoother!

Gabriel completed 23 moves last month and has received many compliments from our customers on their reply cards! He always has a positive attitude and shows up eager and ready to work when scheduled. Even on his days off, we know that he is dependable, and we can call him to come in if we are short staffed. He is always willing to assist the other moving crews, clean up around the office, and maintain the parking lot when asked. All of our drivers love Gabe and request to have him on their crews!

Sarah has been working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since May of 2011. She enjoys working here because she gets to experience different things every day and enjoys making customers feel comfortable and stress-free during the moving process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys going to the beach and watching her daughter play softball.

Tori started working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2014. With her job, she interacts with everyone in the office and has a close relationship with her co-workers. Her favorite thing about her job is everyone is a team and they all work together. When she is not working she is a full-time student at the University of Bridgeport and also enjoys playing softball.

Dan is our Regional Manager of our three Northeast Locations! He has a strong passion and dedication for customer service, and has taught our crews so much over the past three years! He started off as a driver down in Virginia and worked his way up to Operations Manager. He then moved over to the Northeast to become our awesome Regional Manager! In his free time, Dan likes to play video games, and spend time with his family and friends!
