The moving team was courteous, thoughtful, and efficient! It's getting difficult to find people who are willing to provide this level of service, but they did. We have more items to move and will DEFINITELY call them for this project!

Training is not the issue. For me it was communicating the amount of items and people needed. I think customers should have to send pictures of everything so a better estimate is given. Or a reminder to review the inventory stated. And knowing the parameters of each location would be helpful. Condos and co-ops make it difficult. Other than great service.
