I had three wonderful experiences with Two Men and a Truck while clearing out my dad’s house. All of the moving teams were friendly, helpful and efficient, and the office staff was terrific. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. They are the best movers I have ever had.

Outstanding work by the Four Men that handled our move. They were clean, fast, careful and very personable. They were all great representatives for your Company.

The two guys were a bit late arriving, so the move was a bit more disruptive to our work day than planned. I told Marilyn to have them park in the west lot, but that didn't happen until they arrived and I redirected them. I was also told that I would get a call when they were on their way, which did not happen. Despite all that, the guys were great. They quickly sized up the situation and went to work. They were professional and upbeat. I was very positively impressed. Nice job. One of the guys sustained a slight arm injury on the job and I hope he is OK. Please let me know.

They dropped my conference table, which seats 10, and completely destroyed it. On the phone one of the staff told me it was “an easy fix. Nothing could’ve been further from the truth. It’s literally something thats going to the dump. Do you know what a conference table that seats 10 people is worth?

They were extremely slow. The move took much longer than expected. There was some damage due to not protecting some of the wooden chairs and the frame of one of my paintings.

Since my furniture was moved to a storage facility, I cannot comment on the condition of it. As far as I know, two pieces were damaged. I was contacted and told that the mirror would be repaired and I will be contacted when the work is complete. The chair is at the storage facility and I don't know the extent of the damage.

The truck used was too small.

I was told I would have up to 6 hours or I could pay for more if we went over and I ended up having to hire another moving company to finish.

I had a lot of damage to my house, including major damage to newly refinished hardwood floors as a result of a dresser being dragged across it with nothing underneath it. And also a window broken. I barely received an apology and then when I was upset about it, they acted like I was wrong for being mad. All of the people I told on social media told me I had every right to be mad about this negligence and that I should complain to the better business bureau so I did just that.

Also this additional insurance valuation is ridiculous and I shouldn’t need insurance to cover other people’s carelessness.

crew leader was very good, his crew was okay - not great. Left streaks on the floor from the handtruck and were slow - could have gone faster
