Overall the move went well, it was timed pretty accurately and the men were a pleasure. The only thing that should have been clearly stated from your office (as i wanted no surprises) is : I was told by the movers that the clock starts the moment theyre on the way, not when they actually start moving furniture on arrival, I find that a little odd.. other than that, movers did the job very well!

My moving team was great. They were prompt, friendly and respectful. They were training someone new who was very green but when I provided feedback the lead quickly coached him regarding my concerns and then shared the feedback with me.

I apologize for not remembering the moving team names, I’m terrible with names, but they helped me move into an apartment from a storage unit in Manchester on 3/31 this past Thursday and they were fantastic! Very friendly, efficient, fast, and respectful of my things. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use your company again for a future move.

The physical movers were good and Jeffery was personable and professional. We did have a few issues and damage that took place to the furniture (broken glass top) as well as a large hole in our wall which can happen and not a huge issue but it has not been resolved. I have called twice and was told someone would reach out to me but have not. Damaging a brand new kitchen wall deserves communication
