Justin and Eric were not only proficient at their jobs but these two people never stopped working. They attended to our requests and were very careful with our possessions. We stayed in touch with them as they proceeded to AZ and our storage unit.

The office team was great. Even with a last-minute change of destination to a storage unit. They helped to fix a bad situation. The two gentlemen on the truck were exceptional at customer service and in getting things done and not wasting time. I know I will need the service again soon. Hopefully with the same two gentlemen on the truck.

Nick and John were amazing! What could be a stressful experience was actually easy and joyful! Both of these young men were friendly, kind, and courteous. They worked hard and fast and really put their backs into the job. They both went over and above with joking, laughing and seemingly enjoying the task - which did wonders to put me at ease. Brad & Daniel did a TERRIFIC job moving my elderly parent’s things to a senior living facility. Although my sibs & I had been working hard to purge a TON of things for over a month, there was still so much to be moved. They were very patient & thoughtful with my parents, as well as with us. Brad did a super job explaining the many screens of info on the iPad that I had to sign before they began.
