The movers, Jacob S. and Drew M, arrived early. They were very friendly, outgoing and helpful. If it's possible to request movers I would ask for Jacob and Drew.

The sales person should have mention how much the cost of travel time was at the onset. Thought $270 was a bit expensive for 45 mins. Of work. But over all I am happy I didn’t have to do it.

First pickup not all could be moved because truck was too small. On that trip contents were plastic wrapped and movers did a great job. Second trip to move remaining items none of the furniture was wrapped, walls were hit. Thought they were goin to break the stair bannister. Furniture was damaged. A week later I haven’t been contacted by people who are supposed to fix the furniture.

Very unprofessional from start to finish 5 hours late. Late evening hours and move incomplete as well as damage to $1,000s of dollars to 4 expensive pieces of furniture. Then office staff let me to figure how to complete move. I expect a call Monday morning to discuss reimbursement in full for both the damages and moving costs.

I had requested the two men who helped us move out of our town home to our storage unit. I was told just two days before that it was there day off. I asked for the “A” team but I think I got the B-/C+ team. The trainee they sent didn’t seem to follow direction or want to be told follow direction, one of the two. I’m not sure about the packing of the truck either. Had to advise them on on item left unsecured that was a last item. Had to direct them as to how to properly pack/secure a large planting pot that was left to float around in some make shift encasement. Also furniture pieces that were properly wrapped in plastic seem to be missing the wrap. I will not know until unpack happens and we can exam for any damage. Not as impressed this time around, especially when asked for gratuity too.
