<div>William, <br/>Thank you for voicing your concerns in regards to your scheduled move. I am terribly sorry to hear that we ran into staffing issues on the day of your move. Unfortunately, if an employee calls out due to illness or a family emergency there is nothing that we can do to force them into work. Once we got word of not being able to complete your scheduled move we wanted to do the best that we could by offering a significant discount along with a lower hourly rate. Unfortunately that wasn't what you needed on the day of your move and we sincerely apologize for the way that scenario unfolded. It is our goal to provide great customer service in all aspects of moving, and we clearly failed in regards to your scheduled move. I want to apologize on behalf of the company, and I wish at some point you would give us a second chance to make things right. I hope your move went well with the team that was available to assist, and I hope you have a great rest of your day.</div>
