I was under the impression that I would be charged from the time the crew showed up until the time the crew left. In reality, I was charged from the time the crew left the office to the time they returned to the office. If I had understood that better in the beginning, I would have shopped around a little more.

The team we had, truck #3, was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about them! Top notch! I have never had a moving company that even compares to them!

Josh and Joe were fantastic and hard working. They took good care of my furniture and was very respectful. Lori Ann, on the other hand was difficult to work with. She could not comprehend a simple change. Moving is very stressful and time consuming. She did not help one bit to ease the stress.

We used the Pueblo, Co office for our move - the office was easy to deal with. The young men who showed up were very nice, polite and respectful. They were pleasant to work with and made our experience easy and fun! The paperwork was clearly explained and all aspects of business were covered. A very respectful and attentive team of movers and an all around positive experience!! Will use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend them to friends!

from the estimator to the movers, matthew, dakota and the small strongest one whos name i forget, it was 6 stars out of 5. you have renewed my faith that great work and great customer service are still possible. nice touch with the calls and supervisor visits at both locations.
