The truck that was sent was not big enough to fit all our stuff at pick up location so we had to rent a uhaul for the rest. I dont think the communication between the office and movers was very clear. I was not told I had to provide my own lock for storage and be there to check on everything. There was no communication that my lock was at the office so the movers were waiting for me to come open the lock. I asked when my things would arrive at my house from your storage and they told me 9am but it didnt arrive till 130pm. In the end we got our stuff and we were just happy to be done.

Juan and Eddie were a Great Team to have on our job. They were very conscientious and careful with their packing of our furniture. Thank you Juan and Eddie.

To explain "Other" above: I passed by 2 Men & Truck almost daily. I spoke with staff several months prior to move for planning purposes. Staff was pleasant, confident and very helpful. Move went very smoothly and timely. Movers were friendly and respectful. I have another move planned in a couple of weeks and will ask for same movers!
