The 3 young men showed up on time even so there was snow and ice. They worked fast, loaded, and unloaded quick. My only complained is that they left the shelves of a cabinet at the old house. I had to haul them in my car. They lost a piece of a lamp. Besides that everything was in one piece and the move was good.

It was clearly a team effort between myself and them. They listened and problem solved issues that were very important to everything going smoothly.

The employees work very hard independently, but Team is not part of this company. When an on-site estimate is given, it would be helpful for that person to share with the moving crew the inventory to be moved. Items left behind: TVs, grill, deep freezer, refrigerator, misc furniture. There are also promises made during an estimate that the moving crew cannot accomplish. When asking the crew about it, the response was “well, he’s an office guy who isn’t on the job, and we’re trained differently.” This shows inconsistencies within the company and lack of communication. We chose this company for its reputation and have been extremely disappointed on our move. I hope this company will support the hardworking employees they have and provide better and consistent training for all.

This process started online where I filled out my sheet for an estimate. Soon after I received a follow up phone call and that was excellent. My caller spent extra time with me to ensure we had an accurate estimate of my move. He was outstanding explaining the cost of everything and all of the services they offer. My movers arrived on time and ready to work. Expertly positioned the truck in my driveway and spent time communicating with me so we were clear on what had to get moved and what was staying. Loading, transferring, and finally unloading went as smooth as I was hoping for. Great team, great service. Thanks Two men and a truck!

I have never had a better moving experience! The movers were professional and quick, yet took care to protect each item moved. They explained the charges clearly beforehand, and kept the move under-budget. From the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful experience -- the website is unbelievably easy to use, and things only get better from there. I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience -- and I'm one to usually find something about which to complain!

The movers, Plakis and Jenkins, were very careful and had a great attitude.
They made it a pleasant experience. All of our stuff arrived with nothing damaged. I think they did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was most especially helpful and kind during a very stressful experience for me. Overall, I think the company is well run and I am impressed with the cleanliness and security of the storage facility.

Our moving experience with the moving team, was excellent. Very professional and courteous and took great care in moving out office furniture from storage. Would highly recommend them to anyone for moving needs.
