This time, the movers were not as on the ball as the other crew assigned to me last move. They would chat more that work. Things were left in areas that needed to be moved. My daughter and I were constantly gathering up this misalnious stuff and bringing it to the truck. They did not blanket wrap my antiques like I asked. Over all I was not very impressed with the service I received this move.

My team was awesome! They were courteous, engaging, funny, and took excellent care of my things.

Excellent experience all the way around. The movers were friendly efficient and willing to help me even with the little things.

The men were on time, properly dressed, polite, and introduced themselves. They politely answered my questions. No time was wasted. They handled my furniture with great care. Such efficiency, they came in less than was scheduled.

The cloth in hangers were pack into a big box without using the metal to hang them and therefore ruined. They were told more than once to bring the food in the fridge and they said that they will pack it last, but when they got here they intentionally left it behind one saying they ran out of space but that truck was not pack to the ceiling and the other mover saying he called the manager and the manager told him to leave it behind due to time constraints but they were waiting for a third guy to bring down the sofa. The French press broke and we have 2 inflatable Christmas decorations that were inside the box before leaving but empty when we opened it and therefore stolen along the way. They left objects that I told them to move and they acknowledge but left also on purpose.

The company explained what to expect very clearly. The team of workers were pleasant and courteous efficient and tried to please. It was a good experience. Thank you N.
