This was our third time to use your service was very pleased the previous two times. This time I was very unpleased. Movers knowledge was poor. Treatment of furniture was poor. Would not take a simple lamp so I had to transport myself. Talked poorly of other customers. Felt pressured to give movers a tip, they had me meet them at a gas station so I could get cash to give them a tip. Purposely took their time on a simple move. I feel that they were not professional movers like the service we received previously. So disappointed in this service. Doubt I will use 2 men and a truck again. It was sad because we really were impressed the previous moved provided by your company.

The two young men who moved us were simply outstanding. They protected our property and were cheerful and very helpful throughout the move. They appeared to take pride in doing the job right and were pleasant and interactive throughout the move. Outstanding job!!

Excellent and efficient service. Arrived on time. Worked much faster than expected, took great care with all items. Would highly recommend! Extremely impressed with all aspects from making appointment to execution of move.

Power recliner was moved but movers moved the couch but left the cord that was attached to the loveseat in the old place. Movers tried to find an alternate place to move truck around building for 40 minutes but ended up coming to the other side. When the office manager called with how move was going and I told him, he did not treat me professionally and professed that I should have called the office if something was going wrong and treated me poorly over the phone.

These four young men were extremely courteous and respectful. What really impressed me was that they were not wearing excessive tattoos and facial piercings, like so many young people these days. They looked so clean and normal; therefore, I readily welcomed them into my home.

Monaarch Pass at night was not an easy task. The were at my house early the next day to unload the furniture. They never took a break and worked hard. Aaron, the foreman of this group, kept men on task. They managed to keep all my things in two trucks rather than three to save me money. I highly recommend this company.
