The guys who moved me were awesome, and had the BEST attitudes. Mike who led the team did an excellent job of managing and they all worked really hard to get the job done.

Several items in our home were broken and not fixed specifically related to the move. They took a door off and didn't put it back - I've since done that and the door does NOT work as before. Found some serious gouges in the hardwood floors. I tried to use my dryer but the movers put it on the cord which then broke and let out a HUGE spark of electricity and now does not work. YOU GUYS ARE GUARANTEED - I NEED SOMEONE TO COME FIX WHAT YOUR MOVERS BROKE, AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Also the radiant heat mechanism was knocked off by one worker that needs repaired as well. YOU ARE INSURED - PLEASE COME MAKE THESE REPAIRS, ONE PERSON IS SUFFICIENT. Contact me ASAP, please!

We wish we could have done the entire move with 2 men and a truck. Effortless is the single best word to describe our experience. Laurie Anne in the office was fantastic with arranging estimate and date which fluctuated a couple of times. Movers were courteous andamp; fast, but careful, dressed professionally (pants pulled up, crisp and clean looking), spoke well and clarified everything including using please, thank you, etc. (so rare these days, even my teenager noticed!) Move was a short trip, just our big stuff and we agreed they almost beat us if that would have been possible. 100% satisfied.

The two gentlemen sent went out of their way to insure satisfaction was provided for the time spent in securing my relocation. If they represent all of your moving staff you will always be referred by me. Extra kudos to those young men!!!

Arrived on time even in a snow storm. Placed rugs in all floor walkways and plastic wrap around all furniture items. All three men were courteous and cordial.

I have used your services for at least three moves and I really never check anywhere else. The men have been so upbeat and make the move so much easier. They are a joy to work with. They are on time and so accommodating. I have complete trust in them and have never been let down yet. Keep up the good work. It is a very valuable service as moving can be difficult at best.

My experience with the local office and the two gentleman that came to help was amazing! The local office was willing to help and had the attitude that they wanted to help. The two gentlemen that showed up, on time, were willing and ready to go to work and worked HARD!
My only concern would be with the corporate office staff that I spoke with first. They did not know what the local office was doing and had to have them call me back. Other than this it was a very good experience and would recommend them to anyone that is planning a move.
