I was satisfied with this company up until we were at the end of our move and processing the paperwork. The movers broke a custom made chiminea and rather than have me complete a damage loss form, they had me complete a prior damage form which implied that the item was damaged prior to the move. If I hadn’t noticed that error and brought it up to the company, I highly doubt I would have been reimbursed for the damage. Your movers have a great attitude though and I was glad we got the team we did, Spenser Posey, Tate, & Lorenzo were A+ (with the exception of the broken chiminea). I was just disappointed that the wrong form was given to me for my damage loss. I will use Two Men and a Truck again but will be very aware of the forms that I complete.

Consistent professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, efficiency was exhibited by all your employees with whom I interacted Friends and family had recommended you and I will join them in referring others to your great company. Moving is always stressful but you really eased the situation.

I get telling the lady on the phone that I had a lot of stuff 2 garages and 1 basement, it filled a 12x44' storage area, the movers that were sent were great but only 2 movers, couldn't get this done in one day, and then add a third guide at the end of the day was stupid, it was too late for any usefull work. Your billing sucks and that is putting it nicely. Double charging my credit card was wrong no matter how you look at it, again, billing.

We had a 440 lb bathtub to move upstairs, around 4 corners and through 3 doorways. The office was very responsive and the guys did a great job.
This was a difficult job and the only reason we assign an excellent score to every aspect of it is that our superintendent felt that he had to help guide the tub to prevent damage to the stairway handrail and balustrade.
I am glad we called you to help on this and will definitely call again if we need assistance on another project.
