Office to moving staff communication was not good - they did not know what to expect. Movers wasted a lot of time talking and taking their time which was costing me money and valuable time waiting around. Many small dings and bumps which was not worth the effort reporting but was annoying and unnecessary - movers were uneducated and inexperienced. Not a great experience for the price.

Everything was excellent except the price. Cost nearly double the price as last time. Will shop for a better deal for next move. Sorry :(

Was impressed with the efficiency and time management these guys used to get me moved. They were considerate of property, and to me in insuring that the move was as I expected, which it was.

The office guy was awesome. He thoroughly and clearly explained everything. My only note is the two movers (who were very new) did not have very good chemistry and did squabble just a tiny bit. And one could use a new deodorant (which since you guys are heavy duty manual laborers we understood). But they were also very friendly and understanding and they were willing to go out of the way for a second pickup stop without any qualms what so ever. And they were extremely efficient. We will very likely turn to you guys again when we move next time. We were extremely satisfied.

These three guys were three of the nicest guys!! Very hard working and so personable. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to move!!!

We needed movers quickly and the office management in Colorado Springs was able to find us a spot even though they already were heavily scheduled. Matt and Adam, our movers were courteous, careful with items and explained each task as it was begun and accomplished. They were both outstanding young men to work with. Sincere thanks to your company for an efficient move.

I appreciate how professional they were at drop off. We had to have them drop off during a class and the organizer was very impressed with them!

We had to move a 5 bedroom, 2 family rooms, exercise equipment, and 2 TV stands, 4 recliners and other misc. items and you sent 2 unprepared men to move us. We bought mattress bags & still have wood splinters in the side of the mattress. A chair also has wood splinters in the side. Our couch has dirty spots from how they moved it. they broke the front plastic off the stredmill, and scratched the dining room table top. The 2 men were exhausted and made errors in moving our furniture. We definitely were not happy with how our furniture was moved, there should have been more than just the 2 men for that size of a move.

The moving team was knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were fun to work with and were very skilled at playing moving box Tetras when it came to loading my stuff into storage.
