They were fantastic! I was really worried about moving because I was having a hard time finding help. I was also nervous because I'd never paid for movers and I didn't want to feel like I wasted my money. I was also worried that movers would drag out the time trying to make as much money as possible. They were 100% worth it! I was only moving one room worth of stuff so it wasn't a ton but they managed to get me done in 2 1/2 hours and most of that was driving. Something that would have taken me all day and they we're done in no time. The were super accommodating and took good care of my stuff. Even the office staff was great and I got a call after just checking in that everything is ok. I would really recommend them to anyone who is moving and yes it's definitely worth getting movers!

The three gentlemen who moved us were enthusiastic, engaged and very accommodating. They continually made sure they completed the job to our satisfaction. We had some sentimental (antique) valuables that were handled with extra care. We highly recommend and will re-hire in the future.

The movers (McCoy & Norman) were at the house on time. They were pleasant and made the move swiftly. Even though there was a screw up with the work order (mattress bag missing) they were able to use stretch wrap to protect the mattresses. All in all the men did an excellent job.

The move went as hoped. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and delivered everything at the address promptly.

The movers worked quickly and made sure they loaded everything into the truck. While unpacking I found several clearly marked items in the incorrect location. Boxes marked bedroom in the basement or in the garage; kitchen boxes upstairs. I understand they were probably unloading several boxes at once but they need to be more alert. The major concern is that they removed the backs of the reclining chairs and loveseat prior to loading the furniture. After they reattached the backs of the recliners, the back of one side of the loveseat no longer locks in the upright position. Everything else seems to be OK; however, I have not completed unpacking as yet.

The movers were careful, courteous, pleasant, punctual and very hard workers. We used the company to pack our belongs when we moved from another state and decided to use them to unload. Even helped unwrap some of our large items. The two movers made us comfortable in the way they handled our heavy furniture and placed everything where asked. Excellent experience, would definitely use them again if needed.

The boys were extremely courteous and attentive. They all introduced themselves and shook my hand. They worked very hard and finished ahead of time. My only complaint is that I thought I was hiring a local team, and I got charged two hours in travel time because they came from Colorado Springs. Since you advertise as local, and have a local office, there should be additional charge for travel.
