Movers were quick, professional and courteous. Obviously I was happy that we came in under the estimate. My only complaint is that one of our desks suffered some damage, and we're not sure of where it happened during the move. Otherwise, everything was well cared for.

We hired movers to pick up a fridge and move it to our house. They dented the fridge and it still cost us over $400. one item.

Originally, in our phone conversation, I told the team about taking an alternate route, however, the driver did not receive the message. As a result the time involved was a lot longer. It also took the driver about 25 minutes to park because he could not get the truck in the place he wanted. The two movers were courteous and worked very hard. I am still going through boxes and a couple of mugs were broken and my furniture had some dings but, honestly, I can't say it was their fault.
The estimate was much lower than what I had budgeted. However, overall, he service was okay.

Colorado field operations manager Chris told me he would have someone from the office called me on Saturday 4-27. I have damage and also want to discuss what was moved and why there was not enough room on the truck . Two men and a truck moved all of the items to my old location and there are far fewer items to move out which should’ve resulted in leftover room on the truck. In reality I ended up having to use my pick up to finish the move... please have someone contact me regarding my damage

Moving Team broke the leg off an antique table. Damage was recorded but have yet to be contacted for resolution. This alone is the reason for poor rating. Otherwise mostly happy with the move. Moving team was very professional any easy to work with. Other issues were being charged after the move for an additional 1.5 hours for labor. Was promised an updated invoice but never received it. Also not happy with packing tape being used to tape lids to kitchenware. Good idea but tape is very hard to remove.

I have used your services approximately 4 times before. Those were good.
Movers should be strong. Two MEN and a truck. I had to assist them when they couldnt get a sofa up stairs and over a banister, putting dents and a big hole in the wall. One mentioned suprise in having to take legs off of the large couch. I personall have never moved without taking off legs. Later they bashed into the adjacent railing, seperating the seam on a corner which comes fused from the factory. I havent heard from your office yet about having them fix it. I imagine you find it is unimportant. Furthermore, they were SLOW. When paying by the hour, I want two strong guys, who move fast, dont take breaks, like I have in the past. 500 for work whic

I got a call from your company when I had already booked with another company. When I told you I got quoted 385.00 with a 2 hour min and the estimate was for 3 and a half hours.
So I was told you could do that and you didnt
Have to put down a deposit so I decided to go with 2 men and a truck.
As soon as the guys showed up I said ok clock starts when you got here correct? " no it starts when we leave our shop which turned out to be pueblo but I live in the springs. That's strike 1 . Nobody charges until you show up to a job.
Then I had bought boxes which I was using to pack and I pointed them out but your guys didnt use my boxes nope. They used their own so they could charge me more money.. strike 2 . They broke a few items and damaged and scratched my brand new bed . Nobody did anything

The movers broke one of my items and then were dishonest about the fact that they were liable for those items. In the end it was a $25 lamp and I wouldn't have claimed it anyway, but I felt a bit taken advantage of. Outside of that one small hiccup, they were incredibly fast and thorough and did a great job.

I have been waiting for a week to get damage done by Two Men and a Truck fixed and their referral to a contractor has yet to contact me. The damage was done by Two Men and a Truck but I feel I am left to do all of the leg work to get the damage fixed, again a week later and no communication on getting the damage fixed.

everything excellent, excellent! I want to praise the two movers, Jonathan and Taylor. We had some very heavy oak wood furniture to move and place in our mobile home and they never complained, GIVE THEM A RAISE! or at least a bonus for that day's work. Trudy and Dave
