The movers were friendly but broke my aunt’s lamp sconce and the switch was bent. The lamp still works, and they apologized, but it was still inconvenient. Otherwise good move all around.

Jackson, our crew leader, did an excellent job with the walk through and explaining the whole process. The 4-man crew's productivity was very good. There were only 2 very minor damages that were really only one incident. A large, metal file cabinet slipped and left a 3" scratch on the wood floor. At the same time, a 1" mark was made on the drywall in the stairway. At the new location, the crew was able to get a large desk into a small office room. I didn't think that it would fit, but they tried several angles and squeezed it in! They worked until about 7 PM to make sure everything was set up properly. Good Team!!

Costly service, that we took for what we assumed is a reputable company. Office staff and moving staff very friendly and professional, however were careless, scuffed many walls in old property and new, broke two pieces of furniture and then offered to repair rather than replace.. Not cool, will not use again

I was charged for boxes that weren't used. My China hutch mirror was broken. A picture was broken that was set on the ground in the garage and never disclosed to me. No one called about the damage. After three days I called. It took still another week for the damage guy to call. He wanted to come out the next day and asked me to call him when I finished with my other appointment so he could come over. I called, he didn't answer. Left a message, no return call back. He never came by. Now we leave Monday for vacation and this damage can't get looked at for at least two weeks, if it gets looked at at all. I'm very dissatisfied and, at this point, I very much regret using Two Men and a Truck.

Movers were very courteous. Some of my furniture had dents. They put together a shelf and they put 2 shelves upside down. I asked them to correct it and they did not. Boxes that were labeled were put in the wrong room. They were unable to put my desk in my office. My son had to help them figure out how to get my desk into my office. Overall they were acceptable, but not excellent

2 of the movers were very helpful, one seemed to not really know what was happening.
My computer fan was damaged in the move, but all other items were handled very well.

The movers did a superb job on the move from my rental home to new home. They really took it to heart when they accidentally chipped the dining table against the doorway to garage causing minor damage. They were apologetic about the accident and helped me file a claim. They exhibited great attitude despite the minor damage. I will recommend them again.

I thought the team was inexperienced, and didn't always follow your company protocol. For example. not always plastic wrapping. Lots of little scratches and nicks out of the furniture, some broken glass.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Nearly half of my furniture was damaged, as it was not properly wrapped for moving. The destruction to my new house is unacceptable, and I feel like the movers did not care about my property. I am considering a claim in small claims court.

When the driver got out of the truck for our introduction, the first thing he said was he was tired and he smelled of alcohol. After an hour of the job, he said they were taking a break.....on the unloading, he asked if my family could help.....I was shocked that he asked.... what should have been a max. 6 hour job took 8 hours.......My son had to help on the last 2 hours, seeing their lack of motivation and us paying by the hour....I feel I should get some kind of a refund........not happy.....
