Service was great. Both movers were very professional.

But... I was billed from the time the movers departed their office until they arrived at my location on the Air Force Academy. I was billed their drive and wait time from 1230-1400. When they arrived it took another 20 minutes for them to get set. I figure it cost me $200 just for them to drive here.

Travis, Aaron & CJ did a wonderful job moving our stuff. They were very careful with everything and were incredibly fast especially considering they had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get it done. I would recommend all of them.

Had a phenomenal experience with these guys. Had to use two trucks with six team members. They busted their butts the entire day. They completed the move in seven and a half hours coming in under time and under estimate. Very pleased all the way around.

A huge kudos to Amen, Riggs, Kemper and Plackis. Great team work, consistent work pace, not lazy, hard working non stop, any issues they worked through it and made it happen...….they are the A TEAM. Excellent customer service. It will be Two Men and Truck for me always.

The dispatcher forgot to include a mattress pad that Jeff told them was needed. However, we had 2 trucks that needed to start at different locations and that went smoothly.
Your moving teams were the BEST!! Jeremy was so helpful and kept everyone busy. The trucks were packed and items moved w/o incident.

The movers were very friendly and professional. However, they packed items they were told to leave and left items they were instructed to pack. Also, they unloaded my furniture into the storage unit in such a haphazard way that it looks like an avalanche waiting to happen. They also unwrapped a glass curio cabinet leaving it completely unprotected. We had asked that they leave it wrapped.

Your team was very courteous, professional and efficient... even through horrible weather. Everything wrapped and protected, no damage. My only comment would be the mattress bags are useless, too thin. They both tore and did not protect the mattresses. Fortunately I had mattress covers on which can be washed. I have already recommended your company to some friends who are moving :)
