The team communicated when they would be at the pick-up. Each of the moving team introduced themselves, and all completed the walk-through. The moving team wrapped the furniture and immediately got to work. They moved with purpose, and even helped me move some donation items. At the drop off, they moved with a purpose again and did an outstanding job. What was supposed to be 8-10 hrs was 6.

I had the pleasure of a moving team consisting of Jasper and Barry. They were both extremely courteous, respectful, helpful and accommodating with everything. The team of 8 was prompt, efficient and very courteous and friendly. We were impressed with their service and willingness to help in any way they could and they communicated with us the whole time. They all seemed to get along quite well and definitely had a system that worked.

From the initial scheduling to the actual move of a 500lbs entrance door everything went very smoothly. The moving team did a very careful and professional job ensuring the pick up and delivery of the wooden door went without issue leaving the door in perfect condition.

Laura Welch demonstrated excellent communication throughout our experience. My husband was impressed with our loaders (he doesn't impress easily). The day before moving day, management graciously allowed us to delay our unloading to accommodate U-Haul's inconsistency. On moving day, we were both super-impressed with our unloaders: Welch, Galman, Mendell, & Stephenson. Thank you!
