Ref Office team: only 3 stars. I called twice the week before requesting a call back. No response. Came into the office. Front desk girls were masked and courteous. My agent came out and took my information in her cubicle. She was not masked initially, nor did she mask during our discussion. At 70 years, that places me at undue risk. The woman in the cubby next to her stayed fully masked.

We ended needing a second team and truck. They accommodated with another great team. Thanks for a great job.!

My moving team was stellar! I was just moving into another apartment in the same complex and they were totally game for all the stairs that involved. 100% skilled professionals.
