Both administrative and moving staff were extremely courteous/professional. Our concern was associated with our move. The moving staff appeared somewhat unexperienced with disassembling/handling our larger antique pieces, resulting in what we felt were significant delays, and in one case damage to an antique book case. In the end the admin staff addressed/helped resolve these concerns.

The guys who did my move were really careful and responsive. I did promise I’d leave them a review but I’m in the middle of a cross country drive so I don’t have their info. They moved a bed and mirror to a storage unit for me. The bed was not an easy feat getting it from the basement, but they were super careful and I was impressed at how profess they were.

I’ve had excellent previous moves with the Thornton branch and your office did not measure up. The estimate for 6-8 hours was ridiculous and set the tone for the move, the movers had no hustle. The same furniture was moved previously in less time and this time it was all stacked in the garage ready to be loaded. Not a great experience.
