The office staff was amazing, Erin explained everything and ordered a mattress protector for me and explained how the process works ,I enjoyed working with her. The moving crew was about 40 minutes early which was awesome however, without the mattress protector we asked for when we made the appointment and a crew member who was very sick and shouldn't have been working. When moving my mattress they tore a small hole in the bottom and were very unprepared to move it. I would have moved it up the stairs myself had I known. Everyone in the house we moved out of and us are now sick with whatever he had. I know it's hard to send people home and for people to miss work and they did their best, the other guy was quiet but did his job very well, he handled the paperwork at the end efficiently

I would just like to say that Williams and D.Glenn did an outstanding job

The office personnel was courteous and diligent. The field personnel was efficient and careful with my belongings. My only complaints are: 1) that I waited almost 30 minutes inside the office at the storage facility for the field personnel to arrive, meanwhile they were andquot;waitingandquot; at the gas station in front of the storage facility. None of the field personnel had the initiative to go inside the office of the storage facility to look for me.
2) that the office personnel never explained that I had to pay for a minimum of 2 hours. The job was completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I still had to pay for 2 hours of work. I find that omission unacceptable and unfair.

Chris, Mike andamp;amp; Sterling did an awesome job. They showed up on time, were ready to work, explained their plan of action, utilized their time well, updated us throughout the day, and were careful with our belongings. We had lived in our house for 29 years andamp;amp; raised 3 kids. We had lots of andamp;acirc;€œstuffandamp;acirc;€. The move was physically andamp;amp; emotionally exhausting for us but your crew helped to ease our stress. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone. They are professional, courteous, andamp;amp; proficient. Our experience was excellent. Thank you for making our big move so much easier !!!
