The movers worked very hard but they were not careful. They broke both of my terracotta statue items. Said items were of sentimental irreplaceable value. The moving truck having low tire pressure on a rear wheel probably didn't help things

We had two moves. I wish the survey differentiated this. Our first move was exceptionally well. I can't give enough praise to the men who did the job. Our second move went okay. The men were friendly and polite. We asked for furniture to be placed first. In on bedroom, the table is in the middle of the floor and all the boxes are under the windows. I need to try to go in there and swap those today. The men for this one ended up putting many of our boxes in the wrong rooms. We are still looking for boxes that we wanted to open immediately but can't locate the room they are in.

Both Johann and Hunter were superb! They managed a complicated move smoothly and efficiently. Because of our previous good experience, we chose Two Men and a Truck. Not only would I choose your company again, I would ask specifically for these two men. They were great!!

Jessie, Gabriel, And Mauricio were fantastic! They were fast, fun to work with, had great attitudes, and their tetris skills were crazy good! Would definitely work with this crew again!

Bryce was Excellent. Quinton suddenly became "sick" and Bryce was left to himself to move my parents apartment. If my children hadn't been there I'm not sure what we would have done. My kids helped Bryce move all the furniture out of the apartment. when we arrived at new apartment you did send another mover but again for the sake of time my kids moved furniture up to the apartment. I felt that this took a lot longer than it should have. Needless to say my experience was not what was expected. Bryce is a very respectful young man. He made the best out of a bad situation. I don't think my parents things were handle properly because everyone was rushing to finish job. A couple things were chipped. Not very satisfied

I am happy with all aspects of your service except the training of our two men, Dave and Cruz. They had some experience, but had little or no training, and so they made some mistakes that resulted in completely unnecessary damage. This is not a complaint about the two men, they both were thoughtful, careful, and pleasant to work with. They simply didn't know how to properly pack boxes (Dave), and their loading of the truck was barely adequate for even the very short travel necessary to deliver the load to the destination. Please, TRAIN THEM, they are capable of doing a much better job if given the knowledge of how.

The driver's did not stop at the right address, which caused 20-30 minutes of extra time charged. They were nice enough, but despite a full explanation of what we needed, they did not have two of the same size dollies to move our equipment and it was hap hazard at best. When I called about the charge, the office said they would research the time difference by GPS and get back to me after lunch. They never did. Not good.

I rated some things as good because I can't find the Stainless Steel Rods to my weight machine. I called Customer Care and they are looking to see if these got left on the truck. I even went back to the storage unit and checked to see if they got left behind and they did not get left behind. This may be a costly item to replace.
