The moving team, nice guys, but did severe damage to my wood floors, we contacted your Temecula office and their reply to me Was you signed the waiver so there are not liable for any damages whatsoever, And since no representative from two men and a truck has not connected me I will be contacting OSHA and my own attorney. the neighborhood boys would’ve done a much better job for my 1,400.00

The office people were wonderful and answered all the questions. The movers were efficient, careful and very polite. Lovely gentlemen. Highly recommend

The team was great I appreciated Jeff offering to set up our bed frame however because of time restraints were not able to set up the bed frame

The moving crew showed up in time and were professional. Unfortunately, one of them broke a leg on my wife’s antique dresser drawer and also broke a leg on my son’s bedroom desk.

I had a stress free experience with everyone I talked to and worked with. Tim came to my house to go over details and he is a joy to work with. The crew that came to move help finish packing some items and place everything into my garage where professional, fast and they took care with their packing and placement of furniture and boxes into my garage. I was amazed at how they managed it all.

Everything was great and Kim in the Virginia office was absolutely wonderful. I do have a broken chair that the moving team took a picture of and pointed it out to me. But, no one has reached out to me yet to resolve it. Thanks.

The two men were great!! courteous and polite! Got the job done fast and without issues!
